How does MYAILIVA differ from Lemlist, Instantly, or Smartlead?

Mass-market tools focus on blasting thousands of cold sequences automatically. In contrast, MYAILIVA is built for inbound triage and safe response execution. It focuses on what happens after a lead replies: classifying their intent, drafting an accurate response, and guaranteeing you never accidentally spam someone who asked to be removed.

Will using MYAILIVA get my Google Workspace account suspended?

No. MYAILIVA uses official Google OAuth APIs, adheres strictly to Google's daily sending quotas, spaces messages out over natural business hours, and immediately suppresses any contact who requests removal. You maintain full control over your sending volume.

Do I need to pay for an OpenAI or Anthropic API subscription?

Not for the pilot! MYAILIVA includes a built-in deterministic reply generation engine that runs locally with zero API token costs. If your team desires advanced LLM reasoning, you can plug in your own API key (BYOK) with an enforced daily budget cap.

Does the Reply Assistant work in languages other than English?

Yes. Full bilingual support for English and Russian (Cyrillic Unicode) is natively built in. The system automatically detects the language of the prospect's reply and prepares the response accordingly.

Where are my leads and client conversations stored?

In our current commercial pilot, all data is stored 100% locally on your machine in an encrypted SQLite database. None of your lead lists or email contents are sent to external cloud servers.

What are the terms of the 14-day evaluation pilot?

During the 14-day pilot, our engineering team works directly with your sales operator to configure the workspace, import leads, and validate inbound triage accuracy. If you determine during onboarding that MYAILIVA does not fit your operational workflow, you can cancel your evaluation in accordance with your pilot agreement.

Can MYAILIVA send messages without my knowledge?

No. Every generated draft is flagged with requiresApproval: true. The delivery worker physically skips any message that does not possess an explicit operator approval timestamp.

What happens when someone replies with an objection like "Too expensive"?

The engine classifies the message as Objection, extracts the reason (budget or competitor), and crafts an empathetic acknowledgement that respects their current stack without aggressive, pushy sales rebuttals.
