Quickstart Overview

MYAILIVA runs as a local-first workspace. Your lead database, encrypted OAuth credentials, and draft queues reside on your local machine under runtime/workspaces/<workspace-id>/reach.db.

System Requirements:
• Operating System: Windows 10/11, macOS 12+, or modern Linux.
• Runtime: Node.js 24 or later (or the packaged Electron desktop build).
• Mailbox: Google Workspace or personal Gmail account with OAuth permissions.

1. Creating Your Workspace

When launching MYAILIVA for the first time, navigate to http://localhost:3010. Enter your administrator email and a strong password (minimum 12 characters). An isolated workspace directory will be automatically provisioned with its own encryption vault.

# Terminal start command
npm start
# Or double-click 'Open MYAILIVA Web.cmd' on Windows

2. Configuring Company Details

Under Settings, define the core variables that inform the draft generation engine:

  • Default Sender Name: e.g., "Alex" or "Elena".
  • Value Proposition: A concise 1-sentence description of the problem you solve.
  • Daily Sending Limit: Number of outbound messages per business day (we recommend 20–35 for safe deliverability).
  • Active Business Hours: e.g., 09:00 to 18:00 in your prospect's target timezone.

3. Importing Leads

Navigate to Find → Import. You can upload standard .csv or .xlsx files containing target prospects. Required fields:

  • Company Name (required)
  • Work Email (required)
  • Contact Name (recommended)
  • Website (recommended for website research observations)

4. Understanding Inbound Triage Badges

When a prospect replies to an outreach thread, the engine inspects the content and assigns one of five operational badges in your Inbox:

  • 🟢 Interested: High purchase intent, demo booking, or calendar request.
  • 🟡 Question: Inquiries regarding compliance, integrations, pricing, or architecture.
  • 🟠 Objection: Mentions of competitors (e.g. Apollo, Bitrix) or budget constraints.
  • 🔵 Not Now: Requests to follow up in a specific future quarter or month.
  • 🔴 Refusal: Immediate unsubscribe or removal requests.

5. Reviewing & Approving Drafts

Every proposed outbound response waits in your Reach queue in the DRAFT state:

  1. Click on the draft to review the generated text and reasoning rationale.
  2. Edit the text inline if you wish to personalize details or insert a direct meeting link.
  3. Click Approve. The message moves to the scheduled queue and will deliver naturally through your connected Gmail account.

6. Lead Suppression & Unsubscribes

Compliance with prospect refusals is 100% automated. When an inbound message is marked as Refusal:

  • The contact's status changes to No.
  • The email is written to the SQLite suppression table.
  • Future sequence follow-ups are immediately deleted.
  • Any manual attempt to queue new emails to this address will be rejected by the safety asserting checks.
