This notice describes this informational evaluation preview. It is not a final privacy policy for a public commercial SaaS service. Commercial user collection remains blocked until the operator's legal identity, contact details, retention periods and applicable terms are finalized.

What this website stores

This static website does not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or online registration databases. If you contact the project lead via email, your correspondence is processed directly in an email client to discuss evaluation; it is not added to an automated marketing list.

Local workspace data storage

When running the MYAILIVA evaluation workspace locally, registered local accounts, company research, draft emails, outcomes and configuration are stored exclusively on your own computer in an encrypted SQLite database. Passwords are hashed. API and OAuth credentials are encrypted locally using AES-256-GCM.

External requests

Public directory searches send your city, country and category to OpenStreetMap services. Website research requests the website you choose. If separately enabled, an AI provider receives the selected facts and offer. If separately connected, Google processes Gmail authorization and selected email operations. Paid AI and real sending are disabled by default.

Cookies and analytics

This public informational website uses strictly necessary Cloudflare operational delivery and does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
